Donated Bed Program

March 2007 marks the launch of In Kind Canada's (IKC) newest project, the Donated Bed Program. This program is an extension of one started 12 years ago by Sleep Country Canada. IKC will distribute used donated beds to families in need across the Greater Toronto Area and Golden Horseshoe regions. This new partnership provides the resources to broaden the distribution of beds to more charities, greatly enhancing the reach of the program overall.

The full IKC membership is for those agencies having Canadian Registered Charitable status. However, our associate membership program gives all other non-profit community groups access to our group purchasing and benefits programs.

To join, please download and print the Application Form. Full Membership costs $250.00 and Associate Members pay $75.00. Please complete the application form and fax to IKC at 905-816-0870. We will contact you once your application has been processed.

A Renewed Vision

The In Kind Canada program currently works with some 1,200 charities countrywide. A searchable list of our members can be accessed through the OUR MEMBERS button above. See who is already a member from your community.

Many member agencies have already noticed the improved quality, quantity and variety of material now being processed through the IKC program. The majority of material now offered through IKC is new product. As new items come available, photos will be posted for charities to view.

Any Canadian Registered Charity can join the In Kind Canada program. For more information simply click on Why Be A Member. If our program is for your agency, join now! Community based non-profit groups can also join if they wish to access the group purchasing and benefits segments of our program.
